Plano Independent School District Selects ValueOptions® EAP and MHSA Services

Norfolk, Virginia — December 20, 2005

ValueOptions announced today that the Plano Independent School District (PISD) has selected ValueOptions to provide Mental Health and Substance Abuse (MHSA) and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to their employees. 

"We are very excited about our new partnership with ValueOptions," said Dr. Douglas Otto, superintendent of the Plano Independent School District.  "ValueOptions understands that the health of our employees and their families can directly affect the overall success of our school system.  ValueOptions' services will ensure that our staff members lead happier, healthy lives."

"We will be working hand-in-hand with the PISD to ensure the best possible care for employees and their loved ones," said Chris Cavazos, president of ValueOptions' Employer Solutions Division.  "When life gets out of balance, ValueOptions is a trusted place for PISD employees to turn to for confidential support and guidance."  

The agreement, which will take effect on January 1, 2006, will be administered out of ValueOptions' Texas Service Center in Coppell, Texas.
