Oakwood Renews ValueOptions® MHSA and Work/Life Services
Dearborn, Michigan — December 15, 2005
ValueOptions announced today that Oakwood Healthcare, Inc. has selected ValueOptions to continue managing its Mental Heath and Substance Abuse (MHSA) benefits and Work/Life services to their 9,700 employees. ValueOptions has provided MHSA and Work/Life services to Oakwood since 2000 and was awarded the contract after a competitive re-evaluation process.
"Both ValueOptions and Oakwood believe in a proactive approach to care, and have worked together over the years to build a robust partnership. ValueOptions looks forward to continuing that partnership," said Chris Cavazos, president of ValueOptions' Employer Solutions Division.
The three year agreement will continue to be administered out of ValueOptions' Great Lakes Service Center in Southfield, Michigan.
